Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture
Lead end-to-end technical design across D365 Project Operations and Field Service
Define scalable, secure, and high-performance solution architectures
Ensure alignment with Microsoft best practices and industry standards
Technical Delivery
Drive development using Dataverse, plugins, workflows, Power Platform, and integrations
Oversee customization and configuration for:
Resource scheduling & dispatch optimization
Project planning, costing, and billing
Ensure code quality, version control, and DevOps best practices
Key Responsibilities
Integration & Data Management
Design and implement integrations with ERP, CRM, and third-party systems using:
Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus)
APIs and middleware platforms
Oversee data migration and synchronization strategies
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor developers and technical consultants
Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and performance tuning
Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and client stakeholders
Governance & Quality
Establish coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices
Ensure adherence to ALM, CI/CD pipelines, and release management
Manage technical risks and issue resolution
Client Engagement
Act as technical SPOC for customers
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Support pre-sales, estimations, and solutioning as needed
Skill Requirements
