Role :

Rays Renewable Energy is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Solar Sales Executive to join our Ahmedabad team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling B2C residential rooftop solar sales as well as commercial solar projects, generating business, following up with customers, and converting leads into successful installations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle residential rooftop solar leads and customer inquiries
- Generate new B2C and commercial solar business
- Understand customer electricity consumption and recommend suitable solar solutions
- Explain solar system benefits, pricing, subsidy, EMI/finance options and ROI to customers
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and other channels
- Schedule customer meetings and site visits when required
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team
- Negotiate with customers and close sales
- Develop relationships with commercial clients, businesses and potential customers
- Maintain regular follow-up and update sales/lead status
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Coordinate with the installation and operations team for smooth project execution

Requirements: Good communication and convincing skills

Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude





Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

Positive Gujarati & Hindi communication; English will be an advantage

Ability to handle customer objections and follow-ups

Experience in solar, electrical, real estate, telecom, finance or related sales will be an advantage

Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are welcome
