We are looking for a native-level Gujarati Language Specialist to join our team on a high-impact, client-facing conversational bot project.

Role Overview:-

As a Gujarati Language Specialist, you will be the core linguistic anchor for an end-to-end conversational AI bot deployment. You will collaborate closely with internal product and engineering teams as well as enterprise clients to build, train, validate, and monitor high-quality Gujarati conversational experiences.

Key Responsibilities:-

- End-to-End Bot Support: Provide native linguistic expertise, conversational nuances, phrasing, and intent mapping during bot build, training, and development phases.
- Client Engagement: Attend active client meetings (~2 hours daily) to understand linguistic requirements, capture conversational workflows, and deliver real-time linguistic recommendations.




- Quality & Auditing: Conduct post-launch performance checks, chat transcript evaluations, and linguistic audits to maintain high response accuracy and relevance once the bot goes live.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with conversation designers, bot trainers, and project leads to resolve linguistic bottlenecks and improve bot comprehension.

Work Hours & Capacity:-

- Initial Ramp-Up (Month 1): ~6 hours/day during core development, bot training, and client integration.
- Post-Launch / Steady State: ~4 hours/day for routine audits, performance reviews, and operational enhancements.

Our Ideal Candidate Should Have:-

- Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Gujarati (Written & Spoken) with a robust grasp of regional dialects, colloquial phrasing, and grammar.
- Communication: Professional fluency in English (both written and verbal) to facilitate smooth client interactions and internal documentation.
- Experience: Prior experience in localization, language quality auditing, bot training, content evaluation, or client-facing operations (experience with conversational AI or chatbots is a strong plus).
- Attention to Detail: Proven ability to spot tonal inconsistencies, incorrect intent mappings, and grammatical issues in live conversational outputs.
- Availability: Ability to commit to dedicated part-time windows (including scheduled daily client syncs).
