About the role• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable applications using Python, Django, MySQL, and related technologies.

- Lead the development and delivery of scalable applications, providing technical guidance and team coordination to meet evolving business objectives with innovative and reliable software solutions.
- Coordinate the development team by providing technical guidance, mentoring, task delegation, and solution direction.
- Analyze complex business requirements to design optimized, scalable, and high-performance technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality by enforcing best practices including code reviews, reusable components, unit testing, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with business analysts, quality assurance, DevOps, and business teams to facilitate smooth delivery of features, integrations, and production releases.
- Manage production support activities, including issue resolution, root-cause analysis, user acceptance testing, and post-deployment maintenance.
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation, optimization, innovation, and continuous technical improvement aligned with Agile methodologies and standards.

About youYou demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing scalable software solutions using Python, Django, REST APIs, Web Services, and Microservices. Your in-depth knowledge of database design, MySQL, ORM, and query optimization supports robust business applications. Proficient in Linux, Bash scripting, Docker, Kubernetes,



and enterprise deployment, you ensure operational stability while implementing CI/CD and DevOps practices. Your technical leadership includes mentoring, performing thorough code reviews, and promoting engineering best practices. Adaptability to evolving technologies and clear communication with stakeholders complement your eight or more years of qualified experience in IT development and software engineering leadership.

Your professional skills:

- Designs and implements scalable software solutions leveraging Python, Django, REST APIs, Web Services, and Microservices tailored to business requirements.
- Applies comprehensive knowledge of database design, MySQL schema creation, ORM frameworks, query optimization, and data modeling to support application performance.
- Utilizes Linux environments, Bash scripting, Nginx, Docker, Kubernetes, and best practices for enterprise application deployment to maintain operational reliability.
- Implements CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies including version control with Git, automation via Jenkins, comprehensive automated testing, and seamless application release management.
- Integrates front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS3, and Bootstrap to ensure effective interaction between user interfaces and backend services.
- Provides technical leadership by delivering optimized solution architectures, resolving complex issues, performing meticulous code reviews, mentoring developers, and advocating best engineering standards.
