: Faculty Soft Skill Trainer

Position Title: Faculty (Soft Skill Trainer)

Department: BBA and BCA

Location: I.T.S College of Skilled Studies, Greater Noida

Reporting To: Principal

Role Objective To design, deliver, and evaluate Personality Development sessions for BBA and BCA students, aimed at improving their communication, interpersonal skills, grooming, professional etiquette, and overall confidence, thereby preparing them for corporate and entrepreneurial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Empower students with effective communication, confidence, presentation, teamwork, interview, and professional skills through engaging, practical, and interactive training.
- Conduct personality development and employability skills sessions.




- Prepare students for interviews, group discussions, and workplace challenges.
- Provide individual feedback and guidance to enhance students overall professional development.
- Use interactive activities, role plays, and real-life scenarios to make learning effective and engaging.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Educational Qualification: Masters degree (MBA)
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of teaching/training experience in College or Industry.
- Development / Soft Skills / Corporate Training.
