- Train candidates in interview preparation and group discussion techniques.
- Develop and implement training materials, activities, and assessments.
- Mentor and guide participants to improve confidence and qualified behavior.
- Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Support placement readiness and career development initiatives.
