- Hands-on experience with ManyChat or similar automation tools

- Expertise in hooks, storytelling & audience psychology
- Quick execution mindset — test, iterate, optimize
What You’ll Do
- Create reels & content pillars that drive brand + conversions
- Spot & adapt trends quickly across industries (real estate, healthcare, services)
- Build DM automation funnels (comment → DM → lead capture → conversion)
- Track performance beyond vanity metrics — focus on watch time, shares, conversions
- Own execution end-to-end: idea → shoot → publish → optimize
