Position: Quality Analyst

Experience: 1.5 to 2 Years
- Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement detailed test plans that evaluate the functionality, performance, and usability of software.
- Use testing tools and quality management software to streamline the testing process and track metrics.
- Work closely with developers and testers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues during the software development process.
- Build comprehensive test cases to cover various scenarios and ensure products meet user expectations.
- Perform both manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure software operates as expected.
- Record and analyse test results to provide insights into software performance and reliability.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that software updates do not impact existing functionality.
- Regularly review and audit quality standards to maintain high-quality software and identify any product issues.




- Ensure that software is user-friendly and meets all customer satisfaction goals through quality assurance efforts.

RequiredSkills
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 1.5-2 yrs of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a QA role in the tech industry.
- Robust analytical skills to assess complex data, test results, and product performance.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle and the role of quality assurance within it.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with development teams and relay test results.
- Familiarity with testing tools and knowledge of automation, SQL, and Microsoft products.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure all aspects of product quality are thoroughly checked.
