Position: HR Associate

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Administration
- Handle complete HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, attendance, and documentation.
- Manage hiring processes, screening of resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining employee records.
- Coordinate with management regarding workforce planning and employee performance tracking.
- Maintain professionalism and workplace discipline.

Business Development & Institutional Outreach
- Conduct cold calling and lead generation for schools, colleges,



coaching institutes, and educational partners.
- Manage and strengthen B2B and B2C relationships for company growth.
- Arrange meetings and collaborations with schools, colleges, and coaching institutes for partnerships and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with academic institutions and stakeholders.

Campus Ambassador Program Management
- Identify, recruit, and manage College Campus Ambassadors across schools and colleges.
- Coordinate student engagement activities and represent the company through ambassador programs.
- Ensure smooth communication and relationship-building with student representatives.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
- Prior experience in HR, counseling, institutional outreach, admissions, business development, telecalling, or
