_ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES:_
- Processing monthly payroll for employees accurately and within timelines
- Preparing and maintaining salary sheets, payroll records, and salary structure details
- Calculating employee incentives, bonuses, reimbursements, and other payouts
- Coordinating statutory payments including PF, ESIC, PT, and other compliance-related activities
- Maintaining records of employee-related financial transactions and statutory deductions
- Managing petty cash expenses and maintaining proper expense tracking records
- Verifying bills, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents before processing payments
- Preparing and updating petty cash statements along with supporting proofs
- Coordinating with vendors and internal departments regarding payment-related matters
- Assisting in invoice management, payment follow-ups, and record maintenance
- Maintaining accounting-related physical files and digital financial records systematically
- Preparing and sharing data required for audits, reconciliations, and internal reporting




- Handling employee reimbursement records and ensuring proper documentation
- Supporting the accounts team in day-to-day accounting and administrative activities
- Maintaining confidentiality of financial records, employee salary details, and company data
- _QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE_
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource
- Proficient with Microsoft officer and related software
- 2-5 years of human resource management experience preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Organizational skills and attention to details

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
