Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Area Sales Manager to join our team in office at HQ-Indore (Region-MP). The role involves managing and driving sales growth within an assigned geographic area, developing and nurturing relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, creating sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of set sales targets. This position also requires collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to identify opportunities, resolve client concerns, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.





Qualifications
- 7 to 10+ years of experience in FMCG sales (Food Manufacturing sector)
- Strong knowledge of Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and Market Trend Analysis
- Experience in Strategic Planning, Sales Forecasting, and Target Setting
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team building and performance management
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools is an advantage
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
