The primary responsibilities of a farm supervisor include:
- Supervise and direct farm workers in daily agricultural activities
- Plan and coordinate planting, cultivation, and harvesting schedules
- Assign tasks and monitor crew performance and productivity
- Inspect crops and livestock to ensure health and quality standards
- Manage farm equipment maintenance and repair schedules
- Enforce safety protocols and chemical handling procedures
- Maintain records of production, labor, and equipment usage
- Coordinate with farm management on resource needs and budgets
- Train workers on equipment operation and farming techniques
- Handle irrigation scheduling and water management
Pay: ₹80,900.00 - ₹85,900.00 per month
