Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire customers for Home Loans and LAP products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
- Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable loan products
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company policy
- Follow up with customers for queries and closure of cases

Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid sales and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of Home Loan and LAP products
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines

Eligibility:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loan / LAP sales
- Graduate in any discipline

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
