Job Title: Inventory cum Purchase Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day inventory operations and stock records.
- Monitor raw material, packaging material, and finished goods stock levels.
- Generate purchase orders and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery.
- Maintain inward and outward stock entries in software/Excel.
- Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory checks.
- Coordinate with production and accounts departments for stock and purchase requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of purchase bills, GRN, and stock reports.
- Ensure minimum stock loss and proper material handling.
- Track pending orders and follow up with suppliers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and storage standards.

Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of inventory and purchase management.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/accounting software.




- Ability to manage vendors and negotiate purchase rates.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.
- Basic understanding of food processing inventory systems preferred.

Qualification
- Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration or relevant field.
- Additional certification in inventory/store management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in inventory and purchase operations.
- Experience in food processing/FMCG industry preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
