Job Summary

Samadhan Digitech is looking for a Social Media Strategist to manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate should be creative, updated with social media trends, and capable of planning and executing engaging content and campaigns.

Candidates from Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, Brand Marketing, or related backgrounds are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Plan monthly content calendars and social media campaigns.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, content formats and audience preferences.
- Generate creative content ideas to improve reach, engagement and brand awareness.
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers and video editors for timely content delivery.
- Monitor social media performance and track key metrics such as reach, engagement and follower growth.
- Analyse competitor activities and identify new growth opportunities.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates and algorithms.
- Support overall digital marketing and branding activities.

Requirements




- 2–6 years of experience in Social Media Management, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing or a similar role.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
- Strong content planning and creative thinking skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple social media activities and deadlines.
- Candidates with experience in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube will be preferred.
