Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Specialist role based in Noida, working an AU shift from 5:15 AM to 2:30 PM. The specialist will manage and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms to support brand awareness, lead generation, and community engagement. Day-to-day tasks include creating and scheduling social media content, monitoring performance metrics, responding to audience interactions, and coordinating with internal teams to align content with business goals.





The role also involves staying updated on social media trends, optimizing campaigns based on analytics, and contributing ideas to broader digital marketing strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.

- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing to support broader campaign goals.

- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting dashboards is beneficial.

- Ability to work the AU shift (5:15 AM to 2:30 PM) in office in Noida and collaborate effectively with global teams.

- Prior experience in a marketing or social media role, ideally in BPO/KPO or professional services, is an advantage.

- Relevant educational background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
