We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern who loves creating content, exploring trends, and building engaging social media communities.

What You’ll Do

- Manage and grow Recooty’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms

- Create engaging posts, carousels, reels, short videos, and other social media content

- Research the latest HR, recruitment, AI, SaaS, and startup trends

- Develop creative content ideas that increase engagement and brand awareness

- Write captions, hooks, and short-form copy for social media

- Create content using tools like Canva, ChatGPT, and other AI tools

- Track social media performance and suggest improvements





- Monitor competitors and industry trends for new content opportunities

- Support campaigns, product launches, events, and promotional activities

- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create relevant content

What We’re Looking For

- Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing

- Valuable written communication and creative thinking

- Familiarity with LinkedIn and Instagram

- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools

- Ability to identify and leverage social media trends

- Proactive attitude with a willingness to experiment and learn

- Basic understanding of AI tools is a plus

- Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or related fields are welcome to apply
