Role Description The Social Media Marketing Consultant will design and implement social media strategies that align with Heldinprocess’s therapeutic values and service offerings. This contract role is hybrid, based in New Delhi, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and scheduling content, managing community engagement, and monitoring platform analytics to optimize reach and impact.

The consultant will develop and manage paid social media advertising,



coordinate digital marketing initiatives across channels, and ensure consistent, trauma-informed messaging. The role also involves collaborating with clinical and administrative team members to translate complex concepts into accessible, supportive online communication.

Qualifications

- Robust social media marketing skills, including platform strategy, content planning, and audience engagement.
- Experience with social media advertising and digital marketing to design, run, and optimize targeted campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate therapeutic concepts into clear, compassionate messaging.
- Community management experience, including moderating discussions, responding to inquiries, and fostering safe, respectful spaces online.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making for social and digital campaigns.
- Prior experience in wellness, mental health, or related fields is beneficial, with sensitivity to trauma-informed and inclusive communication.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities in a hybrid environment, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Relevant education or certifications in marketing, communications, or a related discipline are an advantage.
