Junior Social Media Marketing Assistant

Experience: 2-3 Years | Location: Kochi

We're looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Assistant to help grow our brand through strategic social media marketing and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand business goals and marketing requirements to develop effective social media strategies and campaigns.
- Plan, schedule, and manage social media activities across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Set up and optimize social media accounts, Meta Business Manager, ad accounts, and tracking tools.
- Support the execution and optimization of Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor engagement, audience growth, and campaign performance.




- Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities to strengthen brand presence.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Solid planning, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into impactful marketing initiatives.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
