We are looking for a talented and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow our digital presence across social media and online advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across

Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other platforms

.

- Create and optimize paid advertising campaigns to generate leads, engagement, conversions, and better

ROAS

.

- Develop engaging ad copies, creatives, and landing page content.

- Manage and grow social media presence across

Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms

.

- Create, publish, and manage regular social media content.

- Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics such as

CPL, ROAS, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost

.

- Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience research to improve campaign targeting.

- Work closely with the

Marketing, Design, and Content teams to execute campaigns effectively.





- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms

.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Diploma/Degree in

Digital Marketing preferred.

- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or a related field.

- Hands-on experience with

Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and YouTube Ads

.

- Experience in

Amazon Ads will be an added advantage.

- Good knowledge of

PPC, Email Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, SMS Marketing, and Social Media Marketing

.

- Robust understanding of

Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, and Google Ads

.

- Proven ability to manage campaigns and improve

ROAS and lead generation

.

- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

- Good content writing and creative thinking skills.

- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.

- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

; knowledge of Photoshop is an advantage.
