And if we want to become a defining Gen Z / Alpha brand, our marketing has to live on social and dominate digital culture at massive scale and efficiency. We take over feeds, not billboards.

We’re hiring a Social Media Lead in India to scale our channels past 1B organic impressions in 2027. We view social media as a primary engine for growth, not a secondary channel to integrate campaigns into.

What we are looking for

1. You live on social. You benchmark the best brands and content daily and you know what actually moves culture right now.
2. You get native content. You know platform mechanics inside out and how to make content that feels organic, hits hard and breaks reach records.
3. Content is your default setting. You make stuff for fun,



build end-to-end effortlessly and have ideally built your own channel past 50K followers.
4. You know how to scale. Impact still drives you but you know 1B impressions isn't a solo act - it takes a killer team, tight strategy and productive operating model.
5. You're insanely resourceful. Your default is always "how do we do this?" instead of pointing out why can't it be done. Letting things stall is never an option.
6. You move fast. Turning content around in 30 minutes gets you pumped, not stressed. Speed and high-volume execution is your element.
7. Last but not least - you have an elite eye for design. High design taste isn't something that can be taught; you either have it or you don't and your visual bar effortlessly lives up to Nothing's creative standards.
