We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand’s digital presence and drive customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social media platforms.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, videos and promotional content.
- Coordinate product shoots, photoshoots and video content.
- Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns, collaborations and brand promotions.
- Identify suitable influencers and manage influencer partnerships from planning to execution.
- Plan, execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, ROI and other key metrics.
- Develop creative captions,



campaigns and promotional content.
- Monitor social media trends and implement creative content ideas.
- Increase brand awareness, reach, engagement, followers and customer enquiries.
- Track social media and digital campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for promotions and campaigns.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Proven experience in performance marketing and paid advertising.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Meta Business Suite.
- Experience in influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
- Strong skills in content creation, reels and digital marketing.
- Good analytical, communication and creative skills.
- Jewellery, fashion or luxury brand experience will be an added advantage.
