Role Description This is a full time, in office Social Media Manager role based in Pune District.

The Social Media

Manager will plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across major platforms to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing content calendars, coordinating with design and marketing teams, and crafting posts, captions, and social media copy aligned with brand guidelines. The role involves monitoring analytics, tracking performance metrics, and adjusting strategies based on data insights.

Manager will also respond to audience interactions, manage communities, support paid social campaigns, and stay updated on social media trends and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, including experience managing brand pages and campaigns.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills for creating transparent, engaging, and brand-consistent social media content.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy abilities, including planning content calendars and aligning social media initiatives with broader marketing goals.
- Experience with social media analytics tools, reporting, and data-driven optimization is beneficial.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, paid social campaigns, and basic SEO is an advantage.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in a social media or digital marketing role, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment, is preferred.
