We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Manager who can take ownership of our social media and create content that gets attention.

What You’ll Do

- Manage Getlook’s social media presence across Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn
- Plan and execute content calendars, Reels, posts & stories
- Shoot and edit videos independently for social media
- Create engaging ad creatives using AI tools and Canva
- Conceptualize and execute social media campaigns and promotional content
- Manage influencer collaborations from outreach to execution
- Coordinate and handle content shoots
- Stay updated with trends, viral content, formats & audio
- Manage app content updates, offers & promotional creatives
- Track social media performance and improve content based on results

What We’re Looking For





- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media / Content
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video content
- Must be comfortable with video shooting and editing
- Positive knowledge of AI tools for content and creative generation
- Experience with Canva, CapCut or similar tools
- Creative, trend-aware and able to execute ideas independently

Bonus Points If You

- Know camera handling and basic lighting
- Can independently plan and execute content shoots
- Have experience creating beauty, fashion or lifestyle content
- Understand basic photography and videography
