You will own the day-to-day of client social accounts: planning calendars, briefing design and video, publishing, replying to comments, and reporting on what actually moved. This is the hands-on role that makes sure valuable work goes out on time, every day.
What we're looking for
1-3 years managing social accounts for brands or clients (agency experience a plus)
Deep familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and X. Formats, algorithms, and what performs where
Experience with scheduling and listening tools (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout or similar)
Comfortable briefing designers and editors, and giving feedback that improves the work
Reads analytics properly and can explain a dip without guessing
Organised enough to run several accounts at once without anything slipping
