About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager & Content Creator to manage the digital presence of multiple growing brands. This is a hands-on role for someone who can design engaging graphics, create and edit Reels, manage social media accounts, and assist with day-to-day digital marketing activities .

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social platforms * Create attractive social media graphics, carousels, stories and promotional creatives

* Shoot, edit and produce Reels and short-form videos

- Develop content ideas, hooks, captions and concepts based on current trends
- Maintain a consistent content calendar and posting schedule
- Manage posting, scheduling and basic community engagement
- Repurpose existing photos and videos into engaging social content
- Track basic social media performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach
- Coordinate with the internal team to collect content, approvals and campaign requirements

* Assist with other marketing activities such as WhatsApp marketing, email campaigns, website updates, digital campaigns and promotional activities as required

- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, audio and platform changes

What We're Looking For

* Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Reels and short-form content * Good graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools





* Ability to edit videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar software

- Good eye for design, typography, branding and visual storytelling

* Ability to independently come up with creative content ideas

- Basic copywriting and caption-writing skills
- Organized and able to manage content for multiple accounts
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and handling different marketing tasks
- Prior experience managing business/brand social media accounts is preferred

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is creative and execution-focused . You should be comfortable taking an idea from concept to completion — whether that means designing the post, editing the Reel, writing the caption or publishing the content.
