Role Description This is a full time, on-site Social Media Executive role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area.

The Social Media

Executive will plan, create, and post engaging content across multiple social media platforms, aligned with the company's brand voice and goals.

Responsibilities include managing daily social media calendars, writing copy, coordinating basic visual assets with designers, and ensuring timely posting and community engagement. The role involves monitoring comments and messages, responding professionally to queries, and escalating issues when needed.

Executive will track performance metrics, support digital marketing campaigns, and suggest data-driven improvements to grow brand awareness and audience engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with an understanding of key platforms, trends,



and analytics.
- Proven ability in Social Media Content Creation, including writing compelling copy and collaborating on basic visual content.
- Solid foundation in Marketing principles, especially brand positioning and audience targeting in a digital context.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and channels.
- 1+ years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role, preferably in a creative, agency, or recruitment environment.
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
- Ability to work on-site in the Kolkata metropolitan area, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
