About the Company

Digital Matrix Innovations is a marketing and creative agency based in Jail Road, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi. We work with multiple brands across social media, digital marketing, branding, advertising, performance marketing, and content creation.

We are looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Social Media Manager who can independently manage multiple client accounts, plan content, coordinate execution, and ensure each brand maintains a robust and consistent social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant social platforms.
- Create and manage monthly and weekly content calendars for multiple client brands.
- Develop reel ideas, hooks, scripts, captions, campaign concepts, and content themes.
- Understand each brand’s audience, tone, positioning, and visual language.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, UGC creators, and performance marketing teams.
- Review creatives, captions, reels, and posts before publishing.
- Schedule and publish content using Meta Business Suite and other relevant tools.
- Monitor reach, engagement, followers, views, saves, shares, profile visits, and other key metrics.
- Prepare weekly/monthly social media reports and suggest improvements.
- Research trends, competitors, viral formats, and content opportunities.
- Handle multiple client brands and projects simultaneously.
- Participate in or coordinate UGC-style content shoots when required.
- Take ownership of execution, timelines, revisions, and content quality.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning, branding,



and audience behaviour.
- Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta Business Suite.
- Strong knowledge of reels, hooks, storytelling, captions, scripts, trends, and short-form content.
- Working knowledge of Canva.
- Basic knowledge of CapCut or similar video editing tools.
- Comfortable using ChatGPT and AI tools for ideation, scripting, research, and content planning.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Strong written English and communication skills.
- Good creative judgement and ability to adapt content according to different brand tonalities.
- Strong organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Experience

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in social media marketing/management.
- Agency experience or experience handling multiple client brands will be preferred.
- Candidates who have independently handled content strategy, execution, coordination, and reporting will be preferred.

Who We Are Looking For We are not looking for someone whose role is limited to uploading posts.

We want someone who can understand a brand, think of the right content for it, coordinate execution, maintain quality, and understand why a piece of content is or is not performing.

The candidate should be able to manage multiple brands without making every account look or sound the same.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
