NAt Reason Beyond, we workwith brands across fashion, lifestyle, F&B;, luxury, D2C and other creative categories.

NWe're looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong eye for premium and luxury aesthetics—someone who understands that good design is not just about making something look attractive, but about creating the right visual language for a brand.

NThis role will primarily involve creating social media content, performance marketing creatives, brand campaigns and AI-assisted visual content for multiple brands.

NWhat You'll Be Doing

- Creating high-quality social media posts, carousels, stories and campaign creatives
N
- Designing Meta & digital advertising creatives with a strong understanding of visual hierarchy and conversion-focused design
N
- Creating and refining AI-generated visuals for brands and campaigns
N
- Developing visual concepts based on a brand's identity, positioning and target audience
N
- Designing content for premium and luxury brands while maintaining consistency in their visual language
N
- Retouching, compositingand enhancing AI-generated/product images in Photoshop
N
- Working closely with our marketing, branding and content teams
N
- Adapting creative concepts across different platforms and formats
N
- Contributing ideas for campaigns, shoots, moodboards and overall creative direction
N

nWhat We're LookingFor

- Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience
N
- Strong command of AdobePhotoshop
N
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
N
- Good working knowledge of Figma
N
- Experience using AI creative tools for image generation and content creation
N
- Strong understanding oflayout, typography,



composition, colour and visual hierarchy

- Excellent sense of luxury, fashion and premium brand aesthetics
N
- Ability to differentiate between ordinary social-media design and high-end brand communication
N
- Good understanding of contemporary design trends and digital-first content
N
- Ability to work on multiple brands without making every brand look the same
N
- Robust attention to detail

nAI Skills

nWe are actively building AI into our creative workflow, so you should be comfortable experimenting with tools such as:

- AI image editing/enhancement tools

- Other emerging generative design platforms

nYou don't need to know every AI tool available, but you should have the curiosity and ability to use AI intelligently as part of the creative process rather than relying on raw AI output.
