About the RoleWe are looking for a Social Media Executive who understands social media beyond just posting content. The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, and comfortable working closely with clients and the creative team to build engaging digital presence for brands.

You will be responsible for managing social media accounts, developing content ideas, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring consistent execution across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop and maintain content calendars based on brand objectives and campaigns.
- Research trends, formats, references, and relevant topics to create engaging content ideas.
- Write and refine captions, social media copy, hooks, and content briefs.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, photographers, and other creative team members for content execution.
- Coordinate and assist with photoshoots, video shoots, and on-ground content requirements.
- Communicate with clients regarding content requirements, approvals, feedback, and timelines.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic performance reports and insights.
- Stay updated with emerging social media trends, platform updates, and popular content formats.
- Proactively contribute ideas for campaigns, reels, stories, collaborations, and other social-first initiatives.




- Ensure that all content is aligned with the brand’s tone, visual identity, and communication strategy.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and social media trends.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong sense of content, creativity, and storytelling.
- Ability to think of fresh content ideas and translate them into actionable briefs.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple brands/projects and work with deadlines.
- Experience working with clients or agencies is a plus.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics is preferred.

Important Requirement? This position is open only to candidates based in Mumbai or Pune. The role is remote, but the candidate must be comfortable travelling locally for:

- Client meetings
- Photoshoots and video shoots
- Brand activations and on-ground activities
- Team meetings or other work-related requirements
