We are looking for a Social Media Executive to manage and grow Aora Spectrums presence across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X. The ideal candidate should be creative, trend-aware, and comfortable creating engaging content for a D2C nutraceutical and wellness brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media handles, including posting, scheduling, comments, community engagement, and DMs.

- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with product launches and campaigns.

- Create engaging content such as Reels, YouTube Shorts, carousels, stories, and static creatives.

- Identify emerging social media trends, formats, and audio and quickly adapt them to the brand.

- Conduct competitor research across wellness, health, fitness, and nutraceutical brands.

- Track social media performance and prepare weekly reports with actionable insights.

- Coordinate with designers, influencers/creators, and the performance marketing team.

- Ensure all health, wellness,



and product-related claims comply with brand and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1 - 3 years of hands-on social media experience with a consumer brand, agency, or creator.

- Solid understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Indian social media trends/culture.

- Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools.

- Basic video shooting and editing skills.

- Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and social media analytics tools.

- Strong English copywriting skills; Tamil and Hindi knowledge will be an advantage.

- Self-driven, creative, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with influencers or content creators.

- Basic understanding of paid social media marketing.

- Interest or experience in wellness, health, fitness, nutrition, or nutraceuticals.
