Greenora Lifecare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager who can independently plan, manage and grow the company’s complete digital presence.

We are looking for someone who does more than simply upload posts. The candidate should be able to develop strategies, bring new ideas, create structured content plans, manage paid promotions, analyze performance and discuss growth plans with management.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage the company’s Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant social media accounts.
- Develop daily, weekly and monthly social media plans with clear objectives.
- Create monthly content calendars covering posts, reels, stories, campaigns and promotional activities.
- Plan what content should be created, when it should be posted and why.
- Bring new content ideas, campaign concepts and digital growth strategies.
- Regularly discuss upcoming plans, ideas and performance with management before execution.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video creators and other team members for creatives and content.
- Write/review captions, hashtags, content copy and campaign messaging.
- Plan and manage Meta/Facebook & Instagram paid advertising campaigns.
- Handle campaign targeting, budgets, lead generation, remarketing and performance optimization.
- Support LinkedIn promotions and other relevant digital campaigns.
- Track reach, engagement, followers, leads, conversions and campaign performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and explain what worked, what did not and what should be improved.
- Research competitors, industry trends, content trends and new marketing opportunities.
- Develop strategies to improve brand awareness, engagement,



qualified leads and overall digital presence.
- Take ownership of social media execution instead of waiting for daily instructions.

Mandatory Skills
- Minimum 3 years of practical Social Media / Digital Marketing experience preferred.
- Robust experience managing business social media accounts.
- Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of content strategy and social media planning.
- Ability to prepare day-wise, week-wise and month-wise marketing plans.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Knowledge of lead-generation campaigns, audience targeting and campaign optimization.
- Ability to understand analytics and convert performance data into an actionable plan.
- Good communication, presentation and coordination skills.
- Candidate should be proactive, creative, analytical and capable of presenting new ideas to management.

Preferred Experience in Cosmetics, Beauty, Personal Care, FMCG, Pharma or Manufacturing will be an advantage.
