About Narra Narra is a marine-powered skincare brand made for Indian skin — inspired by the ocean, powered by science. We combine marine ingredients and clinically proven actives in clean formulations (free from alcohol, silicones, mineral oils, parabens, sulphates, and animal-derived materials) to hydrate, strengthen the skin barrier, and protect skin health.

About the Role We're looking for a Social Media, Influencer & Offline Marketing Executive who is passionate about skincare and social media, and who's just as comfortable planning a content calendar as they are showing up at a pop-up store and running the floor with the founder. This is a hands-on, generalist marketing role for someone early in their career who wants ownership, variety, and direct access to how a skincare brand is built.

You'll create and coordinate content, manage relationships with influencers, represent Narra at offline activations, and work closely with the founder and the graphics team to keep our brand voice sharp, current, and consistent everywhere it shows up.

What You'll Do Social Media & Content

- Plan, create, and post content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Create inhouse content on camera.
- Write captions, scripts, and content ideas that reflect Narra's voice and skincare positioning
- Stay on top of the latest social media, beauty, and skincare trends, and translate them into content ideas quickly
- Track content performance and use it to shape what we create next

Influencer & Affiliate Marketing

- Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with skincare and beauty influencers/creators
- Coordinate briefs, timelines, deliverables, and shipping/logistics for influencer collaborations




- Track influencer content performance and maintain relationships for repeat collaborations

Offline / Pop-Up Marketing

- Travel to and work at pop-up stores and offline activations.
- Pop ups at little flea and Events and represent Narra
- Offline Selling at pop ups and Events.
- Represent the brand in person — engaging customers, capturing content on the ground, and gathering real-time feedback
- Help plan and execute offline marketing moments that tie back into social content

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with the graphics/design team to brief, review, and refine visual content
- Partner with the founder on content strategy, campaign planning, and brand direction
- Help ensure a consistent brand voice and look across every touchpoint — online and offline

What We're Looking For • 1–2 years of experience in social media, content, or influencer marketing (skincare/beauty/D2C experience is a strong plus)

- A genuine passion for skincare - you follow the space, use the products, and have opinions
- Real enthusiasm for social media -you're plugged into trends before they peak
- Comfortable creating content yourself (shooting, basic editing, writing captions)
- Robust communication and coordination skills - you can manage multiple influencers and timelines without dropping the ball
- Willingness to travel locally and work on-ground at pop-ups and events
- A collaborative mindset - happy to brief designers, take feedback, and work directly with a founder in a fast-paced setting
- Basic familiarity with tools like Instagram/TikTok analytics, Canva, or scheduling tools is a plus
