We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Content Creator & Performance Marketer to support our digital marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for creating social media content, managing social media platforms, and assisting in paid advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube .
- Create social media posts, reels, stories, captions, and basic promotional content .
- Plan and maintain a basic social media content calendar.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
- Manage regular posting and social media engagement.
- Assist in creating and managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Support audience targeting, campaign setup, and budget management.
- Monitor basic campaign performance such as reach, impressions, clicks, leads, CPC, and CPL .
- Assist in optimizing campaigns based on performance.
- Prepare basic social media and advertising performance reports.




- Coordinate with the design and marketing team for content and campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media and digital marketing trends.

Required Skills

- 6 months or more experience in Social Media Marketing/Digital Marketing .
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads .
- Good content writing and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar tools .
- Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics.
- Creative mindset and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or any relevant field.
- Candidates with relevant internship or hands-on experience may also be considered.
