Job Summary

SLBS Marklance is looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator to join our Digital Content Creation Team. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content for our social media and digital platforms.

We are looking for someone who is creative, confident, trend-aware, and passionate about creating engaging digital content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Plan and create Reels, short-form videos, promotional content, educational content, and brand videos.
- Develop creative content ideas based on current social media trends.
- Write basic scripts, captions, hooks, and content concepts.
- Coordinate with the video editor, graphic designer, videographer, and marketing team.
- Participate in on-camera videos, Reels, promotional videos, and presentations when required.
- Research trending topics, formats, sounds, and content styles.
- Ensure content is aligned with the SLBS brand and target audience.
- Support the team in planning and maintaining the content calendar.
- Monitor content performance and suggest new ideas to improve engagement.




- Ensure assigned content is completed within deadlines.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a similar role preferred.
- Freshers with solid creativity and a good portfolio may also apply.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends.
- Good storytelling and creative thinking skills.
- Comfortable appearing in front of the camera.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
