We’re looking for someone who is dangerously online.

If you spend half your day watching reels, the other half arguing about markets on Twitter/X, and somehow still know what’s trending before everyone else — we should talk.

We’re looking for an in-house Content Creator & Social Media Manager who is obsessed with finance, markets, trading, internet culture and outstanding content.

You’ll be responsible for making our brand impossible to ignore.

What you’ll do

· Create high-quality, highly shareable content across Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.

· Conceptualise and create Reels, short-form videos, memes, carousels, threads and other social-first content.

· Turn complex topics around finance, investing, trading, crypto and markets into content that people actually want to consume.

· Stay obsessively on top of market trends, financial news, memes, internet culture and what’s going viral.

· Manage our social media channels end-to-end — from ideation and creation to publishing, engagement and analytics.

· Develop recurring content formats and series that can become recognisable to our audience.

· Work closely with the founders and internal teams to turn ideas, opinions and company developments into compelling content.

· Help build founder-led content and personal brands.

· Track what is working, understand why it is working, and continuously experiment with new formats.

· Monitor performance metrics and use data to improve reach, engagement and audience growth.

· Coordinate with designers, editors, agencies or other external partners where required — while owning the creative direction internally.

Who you are

You probably already know you’re chronically online.

· You genuinely love finance, markets and trading. You don’t need to be an expert,



but you should be curious enough to understand what’s happening in the market and have an opinion.

· You know your way around Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube and the creator ecosystem.

· You can write a killer hook and have good humor.

· You understand memes, trends, formats and cultural references without needing them explained to you.

· You’re comfortable being on camera — or at least willing to become comfortable very quickly.

· You can shoot and edit short-form videos yourself.

· You have a strong sense of timing, storytelling and what feels cringe vs. what actually works.

· You’re curious, fast-moving and constantly experimenting.

· You don’t need someone telling you what to post every morning. You find the story yourself.

Bonus points if…

· You actively trade or invest.

· You follow financial markets every day.

· You have a personal finance/trading/creator account.

· You’ve grown a social media account from scratch.

· You have examples of Reels or short-form content that have performed exceptionally well.

· You can edit on CapCut / Premiere Pro / After Effects / similar tools.

· You understand crypto and digital assets.

· You know the difference between a 10,000-view video and a 1-million-view video — and can explain why.

· You can write both a serious LinkedIn post and an absolutely unhinged meme.

We care less about your degree and more about your taste, curiosity and output.

Show us what you’ve made. If you can look at a boring financial topic and immediately think:

“There’s a 30-second Reel in this.” —you’re probably our person.

How to apply

- 3–5 pieces of content you’ve created
- One 60 second video on a Trading topic you find boring/complicated and how you would make it interesting.
