What we're looking for
2+ years running paid social and search campaigns with real budget responsibility
Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; LinkedIn Ads a plus
Solid on audience targeting, creative testing and conversion tracking (Pixel, GA4, server-side events)
Comfortable with the numbers: CAC, ROAS, CPL, and honest about what they mean
Works closely with design and video to brief creative that actually converts
Experience across both lead generation and e-commerce is a strong plus
