Felsite Technologies is building SF-1: an auditable Indian hardware root of trust. RISC-V, post-quantum from day one, designed in Kochi. SF-1 boots and runs on FPGA today and the security feature set is complete in simulation. Tape-out is planned for 2027, with first silicon in 2028. We are pre-silicon, and we say so.

THE ROLE. You own SF-1. Not a block in it, the whole chip: architecture and partitioning, integration across security, crypto, analog and firmware, timing and power closure, signoff criteria, and the tape-out itself. You decide what goes on the die and what does not, and you carry the schedule. You will build and lead the team that does it with you.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR. Silicon you can point to: at least one tape-out you owned or co-owned. Deep RTL-to-GDSII judgement,



and you know which corners are real. RISC-V and AXI or TileLink, with enough security background to argue with the architect. And the willingness to be early: a small team, one office in Kochi, a founding stake.
