- Prime ownership of Branch & office set up in the jurisdiction.

- Completion of Interior and allied works in totality including bought out items delivered at sight in 45 days from possession of premises.

- Strict adherence to technical SOP during primary site inspection. Technical feasibility & site condition to be documented and sign-off from landlord to be obtained as compliance.

- Technical evaluation of quality and quantity of bought out items so as to avoid over-estimation of quantities or capacities at GRN level.

- Prepare/review layouts as per Banks customer journey & obtain approvals of marketing & technical team.

- Initiating requisitions for CAPEX items & issuance of POs within 5 days from the date of possession of the premises.

- Ensuring controls on quality and quantity of material used by contractors as per Bank's specifications.

- Comply mandatory site visits during project execution.





- Ensure proper HOTO is completed with Branch/facility manager post completion of project.

- Labelling of all electrical switchgears/MCBs/DBs/ switches and sockets to be strictly ensured.

- End to end execution of major renovations / modification works at branches and offices including writing-off & asset disposal.

- Ensure certification / payment of bills including interiors within 45 days from the date of completion of and handing over of premises.

- Obtain No Dues Certificate from vendors on quarterly basis.

- Initiate and ensure write-off of assets, surrender premises post relocation of branches & offices.

- Ensure releasing of Retention amount within 30 days from the date of completion of one year and obtain No Dues Certificate.

- Adhering to SOPs, ensuring implementation of best practices and guidelines from CO.
