Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & Management

- Supervise daily in office interior fit-out activities (carpentry, civil work, electrical, plumbing, painting, and false ceiling installations).

- Verify exact site measurements and cross-check them against blueprints and layout drawings before starting work.

- Ensure work follows the approved design specifications, material selections, and alignment standards.

- Understanding of Autocad drawings

- Preparing detailed site execution schedule to meet timelines as agreed with client.

Coordination & Communication

- Coordinate schedules with contractors, external vendors, and sub-contractors.

- Prevent work clashes between different teams on site.

- Report daily project progress (including photo updates and logs) to the design team and management.

- Conduct weekly meeting with client and Design team for better coordination

Quality & Safety Control

- Inspect workmanship regularly to maintain high interior finish standards.

- Spot and fix defects or alignment errors early.

- Enforce site safety rules, clean housekeeping habits, and proper material handling to reduce waste and accidents
