About the Role

We are looking for Site Supervisors / Site Engineers who can efficiently manage on-site execution of commercial interior projects while ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities and execution work.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, labor teams, and project managers.

Monitor project timelines, workmanship quality, and safety standards.

Ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.

Manage site materials, inventory, and resource utilization.

Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.

- Resolve site-level issues and coordinate with internal teams.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.

Experience in commercial interiors,



office fit-outs, retail, or turnkey projects.

Strong site management and execution skills.

Ability to travel and manage project sites across Delhi NCR and other locations.Additional
