We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Aluminium Windows, Doors & Facades industry. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating site installation activities, ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of aluminium window and door installation, façade works, glazing, site measurements, manpower coordination, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the installation of aluminium windows, doors, façades, curtain walls, and glazing systems at project sites.
- Ensure site activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, contractors, fabricators, and installation workers.
- Manage and monitor manpower at the site and allocate work according to project requirements.
- Check site measurements, levels, alignments, and installation quality before and during execution.
- Coordinate material movement, availability, and proper handling at the project site.
- Monitor installation progress and ensure work is completed within the agreed timelines.
- Identify and report site issues, drawing discrepancies, material shortages, and technical problems to the concerned team.
- Ensure proper installation of aluminium profiles, glass, hardware,



sealants, accessories, and façade components.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and other site personnel whenever required.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress updates and report site status to the project management team.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices at the site.
- Support the project team in resolving installation and site-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Aluminium Windows, Doors & Facades / Fenestration.
- Diploma or ITI qualification in Civil, Mechanical, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of aluminium window and door installation, façade systems, curtain walls, and glazing works.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and installation details.
- Positive knowledge of site measurements, alignment, leveling, and installation procedures.
- Experience in handling and coordinating site manpower and subcontractors.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under project deadlines and manage multiple site activities.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites within Chennai as required

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
