Roles & Responsibilities

- Define and manage SLI, SLO, and SLA for reliable infrastructure services.
- Monitor infrastructure using tools such as SCOM, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk .
- Support and maintain VMware/Hyper-V and private cloud VDI environments .
- Handle Windows Server administration and infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Work on On-Premises to Cloud migration activities.
- Ensure high availability, performance, reliability, and incident resolution.
- Banking domain experience is an added advantage.
