We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor / Site Manager to manage and supervise the day-to-day activities at our real estate project sites.

The selected candidate will be responsible for site supervision, labour management, contractor coordination, material management, work monitoring, and ensuring timely completion of assigned work.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling site activities and coordinating with workers, contractors, vendors, and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day activities at the construction/project site.
- Supervise labourers, contractors, subcontractors, and other site workers.
- Allocate daily work to workers and monitor their performance.
- Monitor the progress of construction and other site-related work.
- Ensure work is completed according to the required quality and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, engineers, and management.
- Monitor the availability and proper use of construction materials.
- Maintain records of manpower, materials, daily work, and site progress.
- Check the quality of ongoing work and report any issues to management.
- Follow up on pending work and ensure timely completion.
- Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team for solutions.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and materials and minimize wastage.




- Maintain discipline and proper coordination among workers at the site.
- Ensure basic safety practices are followed at the project site.
- Provide regular updates regarding site progress and requirements.
- Handle overall site coordination and ensure smooth execution of project activities.

Requirements

- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field will be preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in construction, real estate, or site supervision/management.
- Good knowledge of construction activities, materials, and site work.
- Ability to manage labourers and coordinate with contractors.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently handle day-to-day site activities.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Must be comfortable working at construction/project sites.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to manage work according to deadlines.
