Role & responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.

- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, consultants, and project management teams.

- Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed within the planned schedule.

- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site records, inspection reports, and measurement sheets.

- Conduct site inspections and ensure proper execution of civil works as per approved drawings.

- Coordinate material requirements, manpower, equipment, and other site resources.

- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.

- Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures and maintain a safe working workplace.





- Verify measurements of completed works for billing and quantity calculations.

- Assist in preparing BOQs, quantity estimates, material reconciliation, and project documentation.

- Coordinate with the QA/QC team for inspections, testing, and quality control activities.

- Monitor concrete, pavement, earthwork, drainage, and other civil construction activities as applicable.

- Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain site documentation and records.

- Report project progress, quality issues, delays, and site requirements to the Project Manager/Engineer.

- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project requirements.
