Role Description We are looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage ongoing civil construction and infrastructure works. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in road and infrastructure projects , along with knowledge of residential and commercial building construction .

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, supervising site activities, ensuring quality and timely execution, and acting as a key coordination link between the company, consultants, contractors, and site teams .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise road construction and infrastructure works at site.
- Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with civil contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams .
- Act as the primary coordination and communication link between the company and contractors .
- Monitor quality of construction work and ensure compliance with required standards.
- Check quantities, measurements, material requirements, and work progress.
- Coordinate execution of civil works for residential and commercial buildings .




- Identify site-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and other resources.
- Assist in contractor coordination, work planning, measurements, and billing verification.
- Ensure adherence to site safety procedures and construction practices .

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering .
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant site experience .
- Hands-on experience in road works and infrastructure projects .
- Knowledge of residential and commercial building construction .
- Good understanding of construction methods, materials, drawings, measurements, and site execution.
- Strong communication and coordination skills .
- Ability to effectively manage and coordinate with contractors and site teams.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of site activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic construction-related software will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work full-time at project sites.
