Position: Site Engineer

Experience: 3–4 Years

Location: Gir, Junagadh, Gujarat

Department: Project / Construction

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship as per project requirements.
- Monitor site progress and ensure activities are completed as per schedule.
- Prepare daily progress reports, site measurements, and other required documentation.
- Review drawings and coordinate with the technical team for any site-related issues.
- Ensure proper manpower, material, and equipment utilization at site.
- Identify and resolve site execution issues in coordination with the Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site safety standards.
- Maintain proper records of work, inspections, measurements, and site instructions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in construction/project execution.
- Good knowledge of civil construction activities, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong site supervision and coordination skills.
- Ability to prepare reports and maintain site documentation.




- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage
