Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, subject to showroom requirements

Job Summary To convert showroom enquiries into sales by understanding customer requirements, presenting doors, windows, glass and architectural solutions, preparing quotations and coordinating orders through execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet walk-in customers and understand their requirements professionally.
2. Present and demonstrate doors, windows, glass systems and architectural products relevant to customer needs.
3. Advise customers on suitable products based on design, functionality, application and budget.
4. Prepare quotations and coordinate BOQs/proposals with the concerned team.
5. Follow up systematically on enquiries and quotations and work towards order closure.
6. Coordinate with design, production and installation teams for approved orders.
7. Maintain accurate customer, enquiry, quotation and sales records.
8. Ensure showroom displays, samples and product information remain presentable and updated.

Stay informed about product specifications, new launches and market developments.
10. Handle customer concerns and coordinate timely resolution with the relevant department.
11. Achieve assigned showroom sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance.

Candidate Profile

- 13 years of experience in showroom sales, sales and marketing, or a similar role.
- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.
- Candidates with an Architecture or Interior background will be preferred.
- Experience in doors, windows, glass, aluminium, building materials or architectural products will be an advantage.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Basic drawing/design understanding.
- Working knowledge of MS Office/CRM.

Industry Preference Candidates from Windows & Doors, Aluminium, Glass, Building Materials, Interior Products, Tiles, Sanitaryware, Plywood/Laminates, Architectural Hardware or related industries will be preferred.
