- Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
- Generate and convert walk-in, digital and reference-based leads.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Handle customers from initial enquiry through quotation and closure.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and ensure timely closures.
- Coordinate with the sales team, measurement, installation and service teams.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with architects, interior designers, builders and contractors to generate business.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Ensure the showroom is professionally maintained and products/displays are presented as per standards.
- Maintain lead records, sales pipeline and daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Train and motivate showroom sales executives.
- Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.
Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong sales and business-development skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in windows & doors, uPVC/aluminium, tiles, sanitaryware, modular kitchens, furniture, interiors or other premium building products.
- Good knowledge of architect/dealer/builder networks in the local market.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups systematically.
- Solid customer-handling and closing skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, CRM and WhatsApp-based customer follow-up.
- A confident, presentable and target-oriented personality.
