Roles & Responsibilities

- Promote and sell KENT products at the store/shop.

- Explain product features, benefits, and available offers to customers.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

- Provide product demonstrations and assist customers with purchases.

- Attend walk-in customers and resolve product-related queries.

- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

- Maintain customer leads and conduct regular follow-ups.

- Ensure proper product display and visibility in the store.

- Submit daily sales and activity reports to the supervisor.

- Coordinate with store staff to improve sales performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Retail Sales, Shop Promoter, Consumer Durables, FMCG, or related sales roles.

- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

- Hindi communication is mandatory; Marathi and English knowledge is preferred.

- Target-oriented with a strong sales attitude.

- Presentable personality and positive attitude.

- Ability to explain products clearly and convince customers.
